PlantGrow has been shortlisted for the prestigious Marketing Innovation Award at the Norfolk Business Awards 2021!

The awards, which are organised by Archant, look to celebrate the best businesses in Norfolk in categories such as customer excellence, education in business and special recognition.

We’re delighted to be a finalist for the Marketing Innovation Award, which recognises businesses that have created effective marketing campaigns and truly understand their audience. With our excellent knowledge of our customers and fantastic service, we knew that we were in with a chance!

We launched our debut TV ad in April this year and it was a great success. So many more customers know about PlantGrow now that we’ve been featured on TV and are stocked in garden centres across the country, and they know how they can get excellent results in their gardens without using peat.

This year we’ve focused on understanding our customers more and that lead us to launching our new 40-litre bags. We learned that we had customers that wanted to be able to store PlantGrow easily and these bags helped them do just that! We became one of our stockists’ top-selling brands throughout the nation, and we’ve experienced more and more demand from gardeners as the season went on.

This year’s hard work, with all of the elements such as TV, social, PPC, print media and email marketing, has meant that we’re able to offer our customers the best experience we can and provide them with the products they really want.

Whether we win or not, we’re proud of our achievements this year as we show our customers how they can grow beautiful plants and flowers using organic, peat-free products.

The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 25 November at the Norfolk Showground Arena, Norwich – wish us luck!
