It captures all the natural goodness of plant residues, concentrating essential nutrients into a fibrous, nutritious blend that is Soil Association approved, organic, and vegan.
Our crumbly, water-retaining mix is packed with beneficial soil microbes, supporting healthy and sustainable growth for flowers, fruits, vegetables, shrubs, and container plants. Recommended Use: Apply as a mulch, top dressing, soil improver, or at the bottom of planting holes. It works wonderfully in pots, containers, borders, allotments, orchards, and vegetable patches. Reapply as needed or combine with other plant feeds; the microbial components help optimise nutrient release for stronger roots and richer soil.

Absolutely brilliant product. I used PlantGrow mulch on my vegetable beds this year and the difference was genuinely noticeable.
During the hot, dry weather it helped save my pumpkins by keeping the soil beneath cool and moist, and it formed a really effective protective layer over the surface rather than allowing the soil to dry out and bake. Weed germination was also massively lower than I would normally expect, which made maintaining the beds so much easier throughout the season.
What impressed me most was how well it seemed to do several jobs at once — conserving moisture, suppressing weeds and protecting the soil while also improving it.
As a gardener, I’ve used plenty of different mulches over the years, but this is one I would happily use again and recommend. My pumpkins certainly approved!
